The terms and conditions detailed below relate to the products and services provided by “The Cognac Cellar”, located at www.thecognaccellar.co.uk.

1.Definitions
“We” means The Cognac Cellar. “Company” means The Cognac Cellar. “Client” or “Customer” means the person or persons signing the contract or purchasing the products and services of The Cognac Cellar online through the www.thecognaccellar.co.uk website.
2.Your Right To Cancel
If a contract/order is signed/placed by you other than at the Company’s premises, the Client is entitled to cancel the contract/order and obtain a refund of any deposit. The Client can do this by writing to us within seven days of the date on which the contract/order was signed/obtained online. The letter should be sent by recorded delivery.
3.Special Offers
Sales promotion gifts apply to completed sales only i.e. Non returned or refunded sales. Promotional gifts will be withdrawn if an order is cancelled prior to completion.
4.Privacy Policy
As our valued customer your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The information you send to us is held securely and will not be passed on to third parties in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. None of your details will be passed on to any other business or person not directly involved in the processing of your payment. The personal details we request from you are restricted to those we need for the purpose of processing your order.
5.Card Payments
Card payments are processed by the PayPal online payment gateway. We do not maintain a record of your card details. At your request your personal details may be updated or removed at any time and we would be happy to fulfil such a request.
6.Emails
We will not use your email address to send you unnecessary emails. We will only contact you via email through the course of the order process and in response to your queries.
7.Law
These Terms and Conditions have been constructed according to the Law of England and Wales and any dispute with The Cognac Cellar should be directed to the courts of England and Wales.
