"Although the word
'quality' seems a little overused in today's world, it is
the most appropriate way of describing what we endeavour
to achieve every day in making our Cognac.
Our experience as
winegrowers and producers goes back four generations. Our
wineyards are located in Grande Champagne, a Cognac
premier cru with an absolutely unique terroir.
Our aim is to create a product which reflects our truly
professional approach.
Cognac is unlike any other
spirit. It takes love and patience to make great Cognac.
Each step associates traditional methods with innovative
technology. Every procedure is of the greatest importance,
from the vineyard management (hand pruning and biological
pest control), to winemaking (temperature - controlled
fermentation), to the art or distillation, to the slow
ageing of the Cognac in oak barrels.
